Juniper Row is a fictional interior design studio with a portfolio website and an enquiry form. The brief: keep the site secure, backed up, and working after launch, and explain what was done each month in a report the owner can read in two minutes.

The site is checked every few minutes. If it stops responding, an alert goes out and someone starts investigating.

Daily backups kept for 30 days, stored away from the site, with a test restore every quarter.
Updates
Framework and dependency updates applied monthly, with the key pages and forms checked after each one.
Security
Alerts for known vulnerabilities, protected logins, and access reviewed when staff change.
Small changes
Text, image, and portfolio updates on request, within the hours agreed in the plan.
When something goes wrong
Alert or report. Monitoring flags it, or you tell us.
Confirm and fix. We fix the cause, or roll back to the last working version first.
