Torvik Motors
A dealership and workshop website: browsable stock, test-drive requests, and service booking on one page.
Concept project created to show our approach; not a client engagement. The brand, and everything in it, is fictional.
The brief
Torvik Motors is a fictional used-car dealership with its own service workshop. The brief we set ourselves: let a buyer shortlist a car and request a test drive from a phone, and let an existing customer book a service without calling the workshop.
What we made
- A responsive one-page dealership website, live as a demo
- Stock cards showing the details buyers compare first
- Test-drive and service-booking request forms
- A dark, high-contrast look that suits vehicle photography
Approach
- Start from the two jobs visitors arrive with: find a car, or book a service. Both get a clear button in the first screen.
- Show price, year, mileage, fuel, and gearbox on every stock card, because those are what buyers compare before they ask a question.
- Keep forms short and structured, so the sales or workshop team receives the vehicle, the preferred time, and a phone number in one message.
- Design for the phone first. Cards stack cleanly and buttons stay large enough to tap.
Deliverables
- Responsive one-page website
- Stock listing layout
- Test-drive and service request forms
- Colour and type choices for the site
Live demo
Explore the concept site.
The demo is a working, responsive one-page site for a fictional business. Open it on a phone as well as a desktop. Its forms are disabled, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Open the Torvik Motors demoWhat is on the page

- Workshop services and how service booking works
- About the dealership
- Customer reviews, clearly labelled as sample content
- A test-drive and service request form, disabled in the demo
About concept projects
Concept projects are self-initiated. We create a fictional brand and brief, then do the work as we would for a client, so you can judge our approach before you hire us. The businesses, people, listings, and reviews in them are invented, and they carry no client results.
